I just got a phone call from one of there customer service assistant, they want to reduce my monthly broadband payment £26.99 to £24.99 but I have to take another 12 month contract. This is really annoying. I am there customer for 4 years now and every year they bring new thing and make us get new contract. if you reduce my payment just reduce it. why do i have to get another 12 month contract.
What do you guys think.
